- We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. We do not own postal service. As soon as the trackable product ships from TechSMRT, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE.
- International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty:
TECHSMRT DOES NOT PROVIDE PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
*iPhone Lightning Connectors Are Easy to Break: TechSMRT is not responsible for, and DOES NOT warranty lightning ports damaged from improperly installing or uninstalling the phone from the case. We have documented the proper removal method in the instructions, and on inside of cases. If the lightning connector is damaged during removal of the iPhone from its case, TechSMRT DOES NOT warranty a replacement.
To receive a refund, your purchase must have either a manufactured defect or you’re requesting a refund because the product doesn’t meet your needs.
You have 2 calendar days from the date you received your product to Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the refund; and we will get back to you with an RMA # and shipping instructions. If it is an error on our behalf, the cost of shipping to returns will be refunded if shipped standard mail. We will not reimburse shipping return costs for priority mail unless customer paid for priority with original order.
YOU WILL HAVE 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROVIDE TRACKING FOR RETURN PRODUCT OR A $15 RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE WITH HELD.
If you are requesting a refund because you've changed your mind or order the wrong item, YOU WILL be charged a $15 restocking fee from your refund-whether the item was on sell or not, when product is returned in its original and unused packaging, and inspected. YOU WILL HAVE 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROVIDE TRACKING FOR RETURN PRODUCT, OR YOUR PURCHASE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Only items that have been purchased directly from TechSMRT can be returned. You must have a valid RMA number before returning any product. Please- PRINT AND RETURN RMA # WITH THE ITEM YOU’RE RETURNING. You must ensure that the item you're returning is in its unused, original packaging. Including cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. Refunds will be provided to the card used for your original purchase.
Upon receipt, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return for a refund to reflect on your account.
Any returns for a refund request based on manufacturer defect will be issued when product is received.
Exchanges For Defects: 90 days-6 months
You have 90 days from the date you received your product to Email email@example.com with your order number, clear pictures or description of issue, and/or reason for the exchange request. We will get back to you with an RMA # and shipping instructions if the exchange falls in the 90 day warranty guidelines.
Only items that have been purchased directly from TechSMRT can be returned. You must have a valid RMA number before returning any product. Please ensure that the item you're returning comes with its original cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. Exchanges will be processed after inspecting returned item.

Outbound shipping charges on replacement items or refunds, are the responsibility of customer-if not a manufacturer defect or order error.
Battery cases, power banks, and phone cases wear out with normal usage, and are not warranted by the manufacturer beyond 90-days from the date you received the product. If your product is out of warranty, but shows clear signs of a defect between 90 days and 6 months, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a description of the problem and pictures; and TechSMRT will provide you with an RMA# for a replacement if this is deemed a defect, versus user wear. All issues 6 months and beyond do not fall under warranty and will be addressed individually.
TechSMRT Bluetooth ear buds are not warranted. If received broken, take dated picture and send us immediately upon receiving them, to email@example.com to replace.
Phone bumpers are damaged easily and wear out with normal usage. Replacement bumpers are not warranted and can be purchased on the website.
Cables are not under warranty.
